You move your body to clear your mind, and now we have reached the point where we stop moving and find stillness.
Use the journaling exercise at the end of the video for reflection and clarity. Make sure you journal for at least 10 minutes to get the full benefit! The entire exercise (movement and journaling) should take about 45 minutes.
