Module 6 – Inner Wisdom

I truly believe that this module is the culmination of everything you’ve done in the previous modules. This is where it gets real!

This is where you not only trust yourself, but you start to feel confident trusting yourself.

Taking the time to connect to yourself holistically – mind, body, spirit – has allowed you to recognize your deeper sense of intuition. Trust yourself! You’ve got this!

So, let’s get moving to open up this area of our life, and use the journaling exercise at the end of the video for reflection and clarity. Make sure you journal for at least 10 minutes to get the full benefit! The entire exercise (movement and journaling) should take about 45 minutes.

Practice this at least once per week, but more is even better. Remember the more you put into something the more you get out of it.
