Communication is key to successful relationships, and relationships affect every aspect of our lives. We have a relationship with our spouse or partner, kids, family, friends, co-workers, the person in front of you in line, and on and on 🙂
So, let’s get moving to open up this area of our life, and use the journaling exercise at the end of the video for reflection and clarity. Make sure you journal for at least 10 minutes to get the full benefit! The entire exercise (movement and journaling) should take about 45 minutes.
Practice this at least once per week, but more is even better. Remember the more you put into something the more you get out of it.
