We move up to the heart, which of course, brings us to love. Love is something that women tend to be very good at offering, but sometimes not as good at receiving. Especially when that love is coming from ourselves. This is a great place to practice unconditional love for yourself, and to heal your past hurts.
So, let’s get moving to open up this area of our life, and use the journaling exercise at the end of the video for reflection and clarity. Make sure you journal for at least 10 minutes to get the full benefit! The entire exercise (movement and journaling) should take about 45 minutes.
Practice this at least once per week, but more is even better. Remember the more you put into something the more you get out of it.
