We all know how important it us to dedicate time to take care of ourselves, yet often times it’s easy to not prioritize it, or even talk ourselves out of doing it.
This time we’re going to get comfortable with going with the flow or letting go, tapping into creativity, and truly embracing nurturing ourselves, which goes much deeper than a day at the spa.
Let’s get moving to open up this area of our life, and use the journaling exercise at the end of the video for reflection and clarity. Make sure you journal for at least 10 minutes to get the full benefit! The entire exercise (movement and journaling) should take about 45 minutes.
Practice this at least once per week, but more is even better. Remember the more you put into something the more you get out of it.
