Module 1 – Ground Yourself

You would never build a house on a weak foundation, so we start at the beginning 🙂

Our legs and feet are our foundation. We will use them to get grounded and feel stable. One of the biggest challenges that show up for people in this area is money. When we don’t have enough, we definitely feel shaken. Yet, when we tense up about not having something, we block the very thing we want from reaching us.

Let’s get moving to open up this area of our life, and use the journaling exercise at the end of the video for reflection and clarity. Make sure you journal for at least 10 minutes to get the full benefit! The entire exercise (movement and journaling) should take about 45 minutes.

Practice this at least once per week, but more is even better. Remember the more you put into something the more you get out of it.
